Asset Manager

Akshay received his MBA in 2020, and has over six years of experience in Real Estate Investment Analysis, Financial Modelling, Executing Market Research, Financial Auditing, and Business Development. Akshay is passionate about business & value creation. Akshay was recently promoted to Asset Manager, where he oversees the operations and asset management of the entire Lucky portfolio.

Finance Manager/Accountant

Jinky holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and brings 11 years of experience to her role. She specializes in bookkeeping, accounts payable, billing, reporting, and contract management. Her attention to detail and strong financial acumen ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Project Manager

With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, Chris leads all Capital Expenditures and Maintenance projects for Lucky Communities. Prior to joining the team, he was the founder and owner of Legacy Construction, where he built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects with precision and integrity.

Property Support Agent

Juan received his degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad Tecnólogica de Pereira and started his corporate journey as a bilingual support agent in 2022. As a Property Support Agent, Juan is mainly responsible for customer service and rent collection. His special interests include investment, finance, fine arts, entrepreneurship, exercise, and outdoor activities.

Acquisitions Coordinator

Sheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and brings 18 years of real estate sales experience across both single-family and multi-family sectors. At Lucky Communities, she plays a key role in managing the closing process, while also supporting sales, market research, and project coordination. Sheryl also serves as the Asana Project Lead and provides vital executive and transition support throughout the acquisition journey.

Property Support Agent

Cesar is an Industrial Engineer with a focus in Production and Operations Management. He has one year of experience as an Assistant Property Manager at a U.S.-based real estate company. Passionate about teamwork and excellence, Cesar also enjoys fitness and a healthy lifestyle. At Lucky Communities, he supports residents as a Property Support Agent, handling customer service across our communities.

Compliance Manager

Jose holds degrees in Law and Economics and completed the MBA Essentials program at LSE. He has experience with U.S. law firms, legal advocacy in Colombia, and market intelligence at FrontierView. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Jose is passionate about institutional development, global governance, and law’s role in economic growth. He enjoys football, boxing, and reading.

CapEx and Maintenance Manager

With over six years of experience in construction project management, cost control, and structural design, she brings a strong focus on budget oversight and quality assurance. Passionate about serving others and making each day meaningful, she aims to create a lasting impact in people’s lives while living purposefully. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, learning new languages, and engaging in arts and crafts.

Property Support Agent

With over 10 years of experience in agri-business and project coordination, Mabel excels at leading teams, streamlining operations, and driving growth. She brings expertise in floriculture, logistics, and customer service, always with a focus on quality. Outside of work, she enjoys learning languages, being creative, and spending time in nature.

Back Office Support

Anuj is a versatile professional supporting key operational and administrative functions, including digital filing, data recording, and financial analysis. He contributes to efficiency through tasks like violation recording, meter reading, and assisting with special projects. With a creative edge in marketing video creation, Anuj brings both precision and innovation to every role he takes on.

Lorrayne is an experienced virtual assistant and customer service professional with a strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and executive support. With a decade of experience in BPO and real estate support roles, she brings excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. Her expertise spans data analysis, appointment setting, and managing day-to-day business operations.

Ginalyn is a real estate virtual assistant with five years of experience, specializing in lead generation and acquisition. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing, which equips her with a strong foundation in attracting, engaging, and converting high-quality leads. Ginalyn supports real estate professionals by helping them grow their client base through strategic, results-driven lead generation.
